90 Seconds of JOY

Greetings and Salutations to All,

I want to share a very simple technique we can all use daily in creating the World of Peace, Love and Joy we are working so hard to manifest.

The great thing about this technique is you don’t have to be an expert at Energy work to do it. You don’t have to understand all of the New Age terminology, lingo and jargon. You don’t even have to believe any of it.

You just have to truly;  with all your heart and every fiber of your being, want to live in a world of Peace, Hope, Love and Joy. A world where all humans are equal, and all children are safe. A place where there is sufficient Abundance for all; and all creatures, great and small are respected for their contribution to the whole.

It starts with each of us BEing the Change We want to See….

Instead of stressing ourselves by trying to become perfect all at once, we’re going to start small. (You know what they say about baby steps!)

We’re going to start with just 90 seconds a day. Now let’s be honest…. anyone can do this for 90 seconds a day!

As we do this day after day, it will become easier and easier to hold this for longer and longer periods of time; until one day we realize we’ve accomplished it all day long. And we didn’t even have to try…!!  Wow…. how amazing will it be that day?

Okay, here goes…..

Just once today, (and then everyday from here forward), take time out and consciously raise your energy vibration to that of Complete and Utter JOY for at least 90 seconds.

It’s simple…..
close your eyes…… (well, close your eyes after you read the rest of this…….lol)

come on…… you can do this………

take a deep relaxing breathe…………..  aaaahhhhhhhh………

that felt so good, let’s do one more…..

breathe in…….. fill both lungs……….

now……. slowly breathe out and relax every muscle in your body……… aaaaaahhhhhhhhh………….

Now……
in your minds eye, take yourself to a time and place where you forgot all your troubles and simply, truly and fully enjoyed yourself.

Now, just live in that moment for 90 seconds

See how easy that was?????!!!!

Look at all the JOY-ful energy we have just created!!!!!!  WOW!!!!!!!!!

Okay….  now it’s up to you to do this everyday from now on; and soon…….. very soon, the whole World will be full of JOY!!     And we all know negativity cannot exist where there is JOY!!
